Account Deletion

App: TeakReader

You can delete your guest data or linked account in the app, or request deletion by email. Deletion removes or anonymizes your app identity, uploaded content, vocabulary progress, flashcards, highlights, and reading progress.

Delete in the App

Open TeakReader, go to Profile or Account Settings, and choose Delete Account or Delete Guest Data. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

Request by Email

You can also email support@teakreader.com with the subject Delete My Account. Please send the request from the email address associated with your account, or include enough information for us to identify and verify the guest session or linked account.

What Gets Deleted

We delete or anonymize your account information, guest identity, uploaded EPUB and subtitle files, saved books and shows, vocabulary data, flashcards, highlights, reading progress, streaks, and related learning activity.

We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, subscription records, or enforcement of lifetime limits.

Timeline

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Deleting your TeakReader account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; subscriptions must be managed through the store where you purchased them.
